RCF Supporters Oversea Friendship Exchange Trips

The duration of each tour is 10 days.
Each tour includes most famous tourist attractions, shows and museums, national parks and fine dining places. Rotarians, Rotaractors, friends and fans, family members are welcome!
During the tour, members of the team have chance to experience entertaining and cultural programs, review talented youth of the country to participate in RCF International Cultural Exchange tour to USA.
RCF is not tour agency. You are invited to join RCFS teams (6-15 members) for oversea trip. Your donations will cover travel expenses. Any left over funds from this trip will be used to support youth exchange from visited country to come to USA as Cultural Ambassadors.

Itinerary:
Each trip customized for the selected team. Most desirable landmarks, attractions, museums, tours as well as organized socials with friends and fans of RCF and Local Rotarians.
Terms:
RCF – agrees to provide:
- Prepare itinerary for 10 days.
- Assist with purchase Airline Tickets (by request)
- Arranging transportation for the trip (most of the time It is the vehicle and driver for the duration of the trip)
- Arranging Accommodation (4+ star hotels) for the trip (double occupancy per room).
- Accompany, coordinate and manage group during the trip.
- Connect with Rotarians in the area and plan socials, meetings and dinners with the clubs in visited area.
- Customize the trip to meet needs of the participating rotarians to be informative, adventure, relaxing and FUN.
Cost:
Each trip customized for the selected team. Most desirable landmarks, attractions, museums, tours as well as organized socials with friends and fans of RCF and Local Rotarians.
- Your Donation (covers everything above. + $extra for single occupancy). Visa fees and international transfers are not included.
- $300 not refundable deposit required upon confirmation to participate. In case minimum of participants not met or trip canceled, deposit to be refunded to participants.
- Airline round trip ticket.
- Meals are responsibility of participants. (Breakfast most of the time included with Hotel Reservations. Lunch on our own. Dinner most of the time Social with friends)
- Any extension of the 10 days trip is financial responsibility of participant.
